Print-on-Demand items are made-to-order and are not eligible for discretionary returns (ie, "I didn't like the fit," "I changed my mind," or "It didn't arrive in time"). If a Print-on-Demand item arrives damaged or defective, such as for an error in the print or a damaged garment, please go through our return portal and submit pictures of the damage/defect. We will be able to verify the issue and order you a replacement item.
