They do the job but have a tendency to leak. Our upgraded design features a thicker cover material that is hardened, flat-ground, and zinc-plated for a perfectly smooth and durable finish. This is exactly what you need to help keep your engine oil where it belongs: inside your engine! To prevent interference from the adjacent water pipe, we have counterbored the plate and included four 10.9 Grade low-profile socket head bolts.
