This is the late-style powerful 450W electric motor and fan for the radiator. It fits all 1986-91 Vanagon models fitted with factory AC. The dealer gets $861.10 for this exact same part! So, even if yours is working fine now, you might want to get one of these as a back-up while they are available and CHEAP!
Pro tip: If your van DOES NOT have factory installed A/C, you have the smaller 300W fan motor. Take this opportunity to upgrade to this more powerful 450W fan by using our fan shroud adapter bracket kit for greatly improved cooling performance.
