Will the GoWesty Expansion Nut and Screw Kit fit my van?

Yes! This kit is specifically designed to fit Vanagon rear air intake grilles from model years 1981–91 and Eurovan radiator grilles from 1997–03. If your VW van falls into these year ranges, you can confidently use this kit for grille or emblem replacement, reattachment, or maintenance. Always check your van model and year to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

What exactly comes in the Expansion Nut and Screw Kit, and how many kits do I need for a complete job?

Each kit includes two stainless steel expansion nuts and two self-tapping screws—enough to secure one grille or emblem tab. For a full installation, you'll want to count how many attachment points are on your specific grille or emblem; most grilles will need multiple kits to fasten all points securely. We recommend double-checking your project to make sure you order the correct quantity.

How do I install the expansion nut and screw kit on my Vanagon or Eurovan?

Installation is straightforward. Simply slide the stainless steel expansion nut into the mounting slot on your grille or emblem, then align it with the hole in your van's body. Next, drive the provided self-tapping screw through the grille into the expansion nut until snug. Repeat for all attachment points. This kit makes it easy to securely mount your grille or emblem without special tools or modification.

Is this kit high quality and reliable, even though there are no reviews yet?
