Delivery Times & Shipping Policy

Current Shipping Times: Most orders are shipping the same or next business day. Large orders like bumper sets or wheel and tire packages might have longer ship times.

Drop ship item ship times vary by vendor. Here is a brief estimate of lead times for drop ship items:

  • Awnings - Usually ship in 2-3 business days
  • Bike Racks - Usually ship in 2-3 business days
  • Car Covers  - Usually ship in 3-4 weeks
  • Carpet Kits - Usually ship in 3-4 weeks
  • Curtains - Usually ship in 2-3 weeks
  • Dash Mats - Usually ship in 2-3 business days
  • Door Panels - Usually ship in 2-3 months
  • Fender Flairs - Usually ship in 1-2 business days
  • Floor Mats - Usually ship in 1-2 business days
  • Pop-Top Tents - Usually ship in 3 months
  • Recaro Seats - Usually ship in 4-6 weeks
  • Snow Chains - Usually ship in 1-2 business days
  • Storage Consoles - Usually ship in 5-6 weeks


Shipping Exclusions: Due to the ongoing conflict, we are currently unable to ship to the Russian Federation. 

Shipping in the United States: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx or truck freight. Some items have shipping restrictions based on weight or dimensions. Some items are subject to a handling fee to cover materials and extra packaging time.

UPS Services:

  • UPS Ground: This service typically averages 1-5 business days and delivers Monday through Saturday only.
  • UPS 3-Day Select: This service typically delivers in 3 business days and delivers Monday through Friday only.
  • UPS 2nd Day AirThis service typically delivers in 2 business days and delivers Monday through Friday only.
  • UPS Next Day AirThis service typically delivers in 1 business day and delivers Monday through Friday only.

IMPORTANT: UPS ONLY GUARANTEES NEXT-DAY AIR. ALL OTHER SERVICES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN TWO OR THREE DAYS.

USPS Services: 

  • USPS Ground Advantage:  This service averages 2-5 days for the lower 48 states and delivers Monday through Saturday. For Alaska, Hawaii, and items that are considered hazmat, delivery times might take longer. This is a ground service and is not an expedited shipping method. USPS does not guarantee this service to reach your address in the stated time frame. Orders shipped to post office boxes must be sent via USPS
  • USPS Priority Mail:  This service averages 2-6 days and delivers Monday through Saturday. Despite its speedy name, Priority Mail is not considered an expedited service and is not guaranteed to reach your address in an expedited time frame. Orders shipped to post office boxes must be sent via USPS

FedEx:

  • FedEx Ground / FedEx Home Delivery: This service typically averages 1-5 business days and delivers Monday through Friday only.
  • FedEx Expres Saver (3-Day): This service typically delivers in 3 business days and delivers Monday through Friday only.
  • FedEx 2 Day: This service typically delivers in business days and delivers Monday through Friday only.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: This service typically delivers in business day and delivers Monday through Friday only.

Canadian and International Shipping

USPS First Class Mail is available for packages weighing less than 4 lbs. shipping internationally. This is the least expensive method available and takes approximately 4-6 weeks (no guarantees!).

USPS Priority Mail International takes 7-10 days to arrive at the border, but can take up to 2 months to clear customs. No joke! Regardless, it is still the best way to go. Please be aware that these shipments cannot be tracked, period. All one can do is wait patiently for the parcel to arrive.

UPS & FedEx International services are also available. UPS & FedEx shipments are fast, able to be tracked, and are often less expensive than USPS Priority Mail shipments. 

BROKERAGE FEES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: For detailed information on brokerage fees for international ground services and any additional clearance fees you may incur importing to Canada, please click here. These fees are in ADDITION to import duties that will be imposed by your local government. FedEx and UPS will contact you before delivering to collect any brokerage or customs fees owed.

NOTE FOR CANADIAN ORDERS: UPS & FedEx International shipments cannot be shipped to a Canadian post office box. 

Customs and Duties

GoWesty does not pay for any Local Fees, Taxes, Customs, Duties or Tariffs. This is the responsibility of the customer to their local and national government agencies. Please note that GoWesty will NOT declare your order as a gift or indicate a lower value on your customs form to circumvent these fees, as doing so is illegal—so please don't ask!

Extra Cost Items

Some items require extra shipping cost because they are oversized or heavier than normal (items like bumpers, awnings, hitches and the like). These extra cost charges will be noted in the product description and can be calculated based on size of package, not necessarily the weight.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs on our website are estimates based upon the weight and dimensions of your order. Upon occasion, our shipping calculator will be unable to calculate an accurate shipping quote for your order. In this event, you will be contacted prior to your order shipping to receive approval of the shipping adjustment.

Shipping Insurance

Starting April 24, 2023, customers will have the option to opt into insurance on their order by toggling on the insurance option during checkout:

Drop Shipping

GoWesty will occasionally ship to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier warehouse to save cost and delivery time to our customers (which allows us to maintain lower pricing). This also helps you if we do not have an order item in stock, as we will then ship it from another supplier to avoid long waiting periods for your parts. For this reason, many orders will be shipped in 2 or more boxes. This will not affect your shipping cost—you pay only the Shipping Price listed on your order confirmation (unless we contact you for approval for some reason).

Back Orders

GoWesty tries to stock every item listed in our catalog and website, but on occasion an item will not be in stock at the time of your order request. If we cannot fulfill an order within 2 business days, we will contact you to see if you would like to 1) remove the out-of-stock items from your order or 2) if you would prefer to cancel the entire order.

Unfortunately, GoWesty does not have the ability to back order your shipment at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

GoWesty is diligent about processing orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, we are able to fulfill online orders within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday). However, if your order is placed during (or shortly after) one of our promotional sales, processing time can be delayed by up to 5-7 business days. We will run a banner on our site and put a notice in your order confirmation about any processing delays. 

Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive and PLEASE notify us after this time if you have not received it so we can check on your order. Items such as carpets, upholstery, trim panels, car covers and special orders typically take 2-3 weeks to manufacture, plus the normal shipping time (so plan ahead when coordinating your restoration project, because most of these time frames cannot be changed).
