Will this Thrust Washer fit my Vanagon?

This thrust washer is designed specifically for 2WD Vanagons made between 1980 and 1991. It will not work on Syncro (4WD) models. Please confirm your Vanagon's drive type before ordering to ensure a proper fit.

Is this Thrust Washer a genuine VW part?

This is a quality aftermarket thrust washer. While not a genuine VW part, it is designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications for fit and function, providing a reliable and cost-effective solution for your 2WD Vanagon's front axle.

I'm working on replacing my front axle nut. Do I need this Thrust Washer?

Yes, the thrust washer is a critical component that sits between the axle nut and the wheel bearing. It helps distribute the load and allows for proper wheel rotation. If you're replacing your front axle nut, it's highly recommended to replace the thrust washer at the same time for optimal performance and longevity.
