Will these snaps fit on my 1985 Vanagon curtain?

Yes! This Snap Repair Kit is designed to fit Vanagons from 1980 to 1991, including your 1985 model. It’s a perfect match for your curtain’s female snaps.

What exactly comes in the kit?

The kit includes 6 female snaps (that's the cup and socket parts) plus a handy installation tool to help you put them on quickly and securely.

Do I need to buy the male snaps too?

Yes, this kit only provides the female snaps. If you need the male snap pieces to complete the connection, you’ll have to purchase those separately.

Is it hard to install these snaps myself?

Not at all! The kit comes with an installation tool, and there's a helpful video tutorial available right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuiYUIStNfk&list=UUDy57LhSN3iRCMzpySklwRQ. Just follow along, and you'll have them installed in no time.

Will this kit work for both manual and automatic transmission models?

Absolutely! This Snap Repair Kit fits a wide range of vehicles, including both 2WD and 4WD versions with manual or automatic transmissions, so you’re covered regardless of your setup.
