I've got a '90 Vanagon, will this sway bar bushing to body clamp work on my front sway bar?

Yes, this clamp is designed for all late model Vanagons, specifically from late 1984 through 1991. This includes your 1990 model, whether it's a 2WD or a Syncro. It's a quality aftermarket replacement for the original sway bar body clamp.

How many of these sway bar clamps do I actually need for my Vanagon?

You'll need two of these sway bar bushing to body clamps per vehicle. One for each side of the front sway bar where it attaches to the body. They are sold individually, so be sure to add two to your cart to get the full set.

My original clamp looks a little different. How can I be sure this is the right part for my Vanagon?

That's a great question! We recommend comparing your old sway bar clamp directly to the product image on our website. Minor variations can occur between years and specific sway bar setups. This particular clamp fits all late 1984-1991 Vanagon front sway bars, but a visual check ensures you're getting the exact style you need.

Is this clamp for the front or rear sway bar on my Vanagon?

This specific sway bar bushing to body clamp is for the front sway bar on your Vanagon. It fits both 2WD and Syncro models from the late 1984 to 1991 model years. If you're looking for rear suspension components, please check out our other listings.
