GoWesty and 4 Peaks Music Festival are proud to present Maddie Carpenter performing “Honey Pie,” filmed at Camp GoWesty during the 4 Peaks Music Festival in June 2019.
Maddie Carpenter is a singer-songwriter from Northern California. She is a lover of Americana, blues, and pop music—from Bonnie Raitt to Ariana Grande, she is inspired by female vocalists who are strong and have something to say.
Maddie is accompanied by the stripped down, all-acoustic Whiskey Family Band. Jason Beard is a co-founder and songwriter for Northern California’s jamgrass favorites, Poor Man’s Whiskey. With the Whiskey Family Band, Jason teams up with various singer/songwriters (as well as PMW members past and present) for an eclectic exploration of musical styles ranging from country/Americana to psychedelic blues, jam, and more. An emphasis is on original songwriting, but the band also enjoys paying homage to their influences with some fun and ever changing covers (in the styles of Pink Floyd, Allman Brothers, Phish, Grateful Dead, etc.).
