Shipping in the United States: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx or truck freight. Some items have shipping restrictions based on weight or dimensions. Some items are subject to a handling fee to cover materials and extra packaging time.

Below is a map indicating approximately how long it takes UPS Ground service to get from our facility to your doorstep.
USPS First Class Mail is available for packages weighing less than 4 lbs. shipping internationally. This is the least expensive method available and takes approximately 4-6 weeks (no guarantees!).
USPS Priority Mail International takes 7-10 days to arrive at the border, but can take up to 2 months to clear customs. No joke! Regardless, it is still the best way to go. Please be aware that these shipments cannot be tracked, period. All one can do is wait patiently for the parcel to arrive.
UPS & FedEx International services are also available. UPS & FedEx shipments are fast, able to be tracked, and are often less expensive than USPS Priority Mail shipments.
BROKERAGE FEES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: For detailed information on brokerage fees for international ground services and any additional clearance fees you may incur importing to Canada, please click here. These fees are in ADDITION to import duties that will be imposed by your local government. FedEx and UPS will contact you before delivering to collect any brokerage or customs fees owed.
NOTE FOR CANADIAN ORDERS: UPS & FedEx International shipments cannot be shipped to a Canadian post office box.
GoWesty does not pay for any Local Fees, Taxes, Customs, Duties or Tariffs. This is the responsibility of the customer to their local and national government agencies. Please note that GoWesty will NOT declare your order as a gift or indicate a lower value on your customs form to circumvent these fees, as doing so is illegal—so please don't ask!
Some items require extra shipping cost because they are oversized or heavier than normal (items like bumpers, awnings, hitches and the like). These extra cost charges will be noted in the product description and can be calculated based on size of package, not necessarily the weight.
All shipping costs on our website are estimates based upon the weight and dimensions of your order. Upon occasion, our shipping calculator will be unable to calculate an accurate shipping quote for your order. In this event, you will be contacted prior to your order shipping to receive approval of the shipping adjustment.

GoWesty will occasionally ship to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier warehouse to save cost and delivery time to our customers (which allows us to maintain lower pricing). This also helps you if we do not have an order item in stock, as we will then ship it from another supplier to avoid long waiting periods for your parts. For this reason, many orders will be shipped in 2 or more boxes. This will not affect your shipping cost—you pay only the Shipping Price listed on your order confirmation (unless we contact you for approval for some reason).
GoWesty tries to stock every item listed in our catalog and website, but on occasion an item will not be in stock at the time of your order request. If we cannot fulfill an order within 2 business days, we will contact you to see if you would like to 1) remove the out-of-stock items from your order or 2) if you would prefer to cancel the entire order.
Unfortunately, GoWesty does not have the ability to back order your shipment at this time.
GoWesty is diligent about processing orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, we are able to fulfill online orders within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday). However, if your order is placed during (or shortly after) one of our promotional sales, processing time can be delayed by up to 5-7 business days. We will run a banner on our site and put a notice in your order confirmation about any processing delays.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive and PLEASE notify us after this time if you have not received it so we can check on your order. Items such as carpets, upholstery, trim panels, car covers and special orders typically take 2-3 weeks to manufacture, plus the normal shipping time (so plan ahead when coordinating your restoration project, because most of these time frames cannot be changed).
