Ignition Switch

This is a spare, backup ignition switch. I haven't installed it yet. Hopefully, it will be a five-star switch whenever it might be called on. Thanks.

However, this is the second one I have replaced couple/few years. That being the case it’s good to have a couple on hand.

Had a very sluggish start for years. Thought it was the starter or the ignition coil. Figured, what the hay, fire up the parts cannon and replace the cheapest part first. Fixed my issue immediately. Very easy and quick install but keep in mind you will need a 24mm socket (deep or with an extension) to get to the steering column. Be very careful when you remove your turn signal and wiper arms from the column, the internals have likely gotten very delicate over the years. Carry a spare

It’s easy to replace. I feel better having a spare as well. Works great!
