Will these intake manifold hoses fit my 1988 Vanagon Westfalia with the 2100cc engine?

Yes, these hoses are specifically designed to fit all 1986-1991 Vanagon models with the 2100cc engine, including the Westfalia. They match the original sizing to ensure a perfect fit.

Are these hoses durable enough to handle the heat and oil exposure in the engine bay?

Absolutely. Made from reinforced USA-made silicone, these hoses resist heat, oil, and fuel, providing long-lasting durability even under demanding engine conditions.

Is it a complete kit or do I need to buy hoses individually for each connection?

This is a pack of 4 hoses, which covers all the intake manifold hose connections needed for one vehicle. You won’t need to purchase additional hoses separately for your Vanagon.

Can I install these hoses myself, and do you have any tips?

Yes, many customers successfully install these hoses on their own. A helpful tip is to lubricate the inside of the hoses lightly with a bit of engine oil or silicone lubricant to make assembly easier and prevent damage.

Will replacing my old hoses with these improve my Vanagon’s engine performance?

Replacing cracked or leaking old hoses with these high-quality silicone ones helps prevent intake leaks, which can improve engine efficiency and performance. Many customers report smoother running and better throttle response after installing these hoses.
