Will this grille fit my 1989 Vanagon with square headlights?

Yes! This Square Headlight Front Upper Radiator Grille is made to fit late model Vanagons from 1986 to 1991 that have square headlights. If your 1989 Vanagon has square headlamps, it will be a perfect fit.

Do I get all the hardware I need to install the grille?

This grille requires 5 grille pin fasteners and 5 rubber washers for installation, but please note these are sold separately. We recommend purchasing them along with your grille to ensure a smooth and secure fit.

How big is this grille, and will it fit my Vanagon's front end properly?

The grille measures about 71 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 10 inches high. It's specifically designed for late Vanagon models, so it will fit your vehicle's front upper radiator area just right.

What should I expect regarding shipping costs and delivery?

Due to the grille's fragility, it ships exclusively via UPS in special protective tubes to avoid damage. This protective shipping method increases both the shipping cost and dimensional weight. However, this helps ensure your grille arrives in excellent condition.

Is this grille compatible with all Vanagon trims and transmissions?

Yes, this grille works with multiple Vanagon models including 2WD and 4WD versions, and trims like Carat, Westfalia Camper, and Wolfsburg Weekender. It fits both automatic and manual transmission models with square headlights.
