Will this window crank fit my 1970-1979 VW Bus, including Westfalia Camper and other trims?

Yes, this black window crank handle is an aftermarket part designed specifically to fit all 1970-1979 VW Bus (Type 2) models. It is compatible with both driver and passenger sides and works for a wide range of Bus trims, including Westfalia Camper, Weekender, Carat, and more. Please double-check your Bus model year to ensure a perfect fit.

Do I need to check anything on my Bus before installing this window crank?

Before installing this window crank handle, it’s important to make sure your window regulator and mechanism are in good working order. If your window is stiff or hard to operate, forcing the crank can cause it to break. We highly recommend cleaning and lubricating the window mechanism or addressing any issues before installation to prevent damage and ensure smooth operation.

Does this window crank come with a warranty, and how durable is it?

This window crank does not come with a warranty, as these cranks can break if used when the window mechanism is stiff or jammed. To extend the life of your new window crank, ensure your window regulator moves freely and avoid using excessive force. Many customers find this crank to be a good combination of price and quality when used with a well-maintained window system.
