Will this forged flywheel fit my year and model of VW Bus or Vanagon?

This forged flywheel is designed to be a direct fit for all 1976-91 VW Bus and Vanagon models with manual transmissions (including 2.0L air-cooled, and 1.9L & 2.1L water-cooled engines). It also covers 2WD and 4WD variants like the Weekender and Westfalia. If you have a 1972-75 Bus, you can use this flywheel if you upgrade to a 228mm clutch and a later bell housing. Please note: it will not fit diesel models. If you’re not sure, double-check your transmission and clutch size or contact us with your engine details before ordering!

And since it’s compatible with all clutch disc materials, you have flexibility no matter your setup—just make sure your clutch is the standard 228mm size.
