Is this ARB Awning Arm the right replacement for my van or vehicle?

This ARB Awning Arm is designed as a replacement part compatible with ARB awnings typically used on Volkswagen Vanagon (1980-1991), Eurovan (1993-2003), and Bus/Type 2 (1968-1979) models. To ensure it fits your awning, check that your current awning is the ARB style mounted to your vehicle's roof rack or rain gutter. If you’re unsure, you can compare the design of your arms or contact our support team with your awning and vehicle details for personalized guidance.

How many ARB Awning Arms do I need to order and are they sold individually?

Each ARB awning uses two support arms. The ARB Awning Arm is sold individually, so if you need to replace both arms on your awning, you’ll need to order two. Double-check how many arms require replacement before adding to your cart to avoid delays in your repair.

Can I install the ARB Awning Arm on my own, and does it include the needed hardware?

Yes, replacing the ARB Awning Arm is a straightforward DIY project for most customers. You’ll need some basic hand tools and a sturdy ladder. The replacement arm typically fits directly onto existing ARB awnings without the need for special adapters. Make sure to save any mounting hardware from your original awning arm, as new hardware may not be included. If installation questions come up, you can contact GoWesty for tips or clarification.
