THIS PRODUCT IS A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT

Originally designed for our NORRA race vans, these rugged underrun bar supports are now available as a digital download so you can build and install them yourself. Designed to work in tandem with the Center Skid Plate, they help reinforce your underrun bars to better protect your driveshaft during serious off-road use. These supports have been race-tested and trail-proven. Don’t hit the dirt without them!

Fits: All 1986-91 4WD Syncro models with original driveshaft and engine protection parts. Most effective when paired with a center skid plate.

Important installation note: To achieve the greatest amount of underrun bar support, this product must be installed in a location that interferes with numerous pipes, hoses, and wiring. These are bolt-on, no cutting or welding is required, but installation is not easy and is best performed by an experienced mechanic with plenty of tools and patience. The vehicle owner must be aware that this process is labor-intensive, and will require rearranging components along the frame rails, depending on vehicle specification and condition.

As part of our new line of digital download resources, your purchase includes everything you need to build the product yourself—complete with technical drawings and a full bill of materials, including hardware. Whether you're a professional fabricator or a hands-on hobbyist, these files are designed to help you confidently source materials and execute your build with accuracy and efficiency.

Inside the downloadable folder, you may find that some parts come with a DXF file. DXF stands for “Drawing Exchange Format,” and it’s a type of vector file used to describe parts in two dimensions. DXF files are commonly used in design and manufacturing processes, particularly when laser cutting or bending sheet metal is involved.

While we understand that not everyone has access to a laser cutter or press brake, DXF files are still incredibly useful. They provide highly accurate measurements, perfect for anyone building with just a hacksaw and a dream.

To open or modify a DXF file, you’ll need CAD software. Fusion 360 offers a free personal-use version on their website that lets you inspect and customize DXF files. Alternatively, custom sheet metal fabrication services like SendCutSend accept DXF files and can cut and form parts for you.

Have fun fabbing!
