At times, we may need to charge for post-sale technical support services for situations outside the scope of our industry-leading warranty period and world-class customer service. If we have requested that you pay for technical support services beyond our normal level of customer service, this "product page" is where you can do so.
Each $75 "unit" you put in your cart is equal to 30-minutes of phone, email, or remote log-in support from one of our engineers. For example, if your issue is determined to require 1.5 hours of support, please add quantity (3) three to your cart.
