Our GoWesty Sway Bar End Links eliminate the two glaring weak points of the original Volkswagen design.

The first problem we solved was the extremely difficult installation issue. The original VW design, with its solid steel ring at the top, makes it nearly impossible for a mortal human to install by hand. We fixed this with a “clamshell” design that bolts together, making it easy to install with no special tools required.

The second problem we solved is a well-known weak point at the other end of the original VW link, where the sleeve slips over. The link fatigues and eventually breaks at this point. We incorporate the sleeve into the link itself, making ours over five times stronger in this area. The entire link is, in fact, larger in diameter from top to bottom.

The result? For not much more money, you can get a much smarter design that requires no steel bushing, superhuman strength, or special tools needed to install. And it will likely be the last link you will ever buy!

Pro tip: If you have just one end link that is broken, we suggest replacing both sides to ensure the sway bar connects to the lower control arms uniformly. Besides, if you broke one original end link, the other is not far behind. Replace both, cry once!
