Why do I need new Radiator Mounting Brackets for my Vanagon?

Over time, the original radiator mounting brackets on Vanagons can rust and degrade. Replacing them with fresh ones, like our GoWesty Radiator Mounting Brackets, is crucial for ensuring your new radiator is securely and safely mounted, preventing potential issues down the line.

How do I know which side bracket (Lower Left or Lower Right) I need for my Vanagon radiator?

You'll need to identify the specific location of the bracket you're replacing. Our Vanagon Radiator Mounting Brackets are available for the 'Lower Left' and 'Lower Right' sides. If you're unsure, it's often best to check your existing setup or consult your Vanagon's service manual to confirm which side needs the new bracket.

Yes, these mounting brackets are designed to be compatible with all 1980-1991 Vanagon models. They are specifically made to fit the radiator replacement needs for this range of vehicles.
