These little serrated washers are critical when it comes to keeping your axle bolts from backing out and bad things happening as a result. Oftentimes they are damaged, reused or simply misplaced and left off during axle servicing. Grab a fresh set or a few replacements and know your bolts will stay correctly torqued. Sold in packs of 6.
Fits: All 1968-91 Bus & Vanagon. Six required per rear CV-Joint. Not required on Syncro front inner or outer joints. Will not fit oversize 930 CV-Joints.
Important Installation Note: Always replace the serrated washers when doing CV joint work. These little washers play an important role in achieving the desired bolt torque, and ensuring the bolts do not come loose.
