This is a brand new heavy-duty, forged, and heat-treated rear stub axle set. This set is for the oversized 930-style CV joints only. If you have the original size CV joints, please click here for the right item for you.

Fits: All 1980-91 Vanagon models including Syncro

Tech tip: The fit between the stub axle and bearing inner race is designed to be a very slight interference fit (less that .0005”), not a slip-fit. Your used stub axle may be just worn enough for the new bearings to slip right on, but some force and/or heating of the bearings might be necessary, especially if the stub axle is new.
